Late entries will still be available online for all events until midnight Wednesday 4th October. Thereafter late entries for all events will be taken at Flagstaff Club during Registration hours on Saturday and Sunday up to 30 mins before race time.
Enter 5 or more TOGETHER into a combination of any of the Half Marathon, 10km, 5km or Kids Commando Challenge events and you will receive a discount on Half Marathon, 10km and 5km entries as follows:
5 or more entries receive a 5% discount
10 or more entries receive a 10% discount
15 or more entries receive a 15% discount
20 or more entries receive a 20% discount
Please note these discounts do not apply to early bird entries or entries in Kindercare Kids Commando Challenge event.
ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSING DATE
Standard online entries close Sunday 1 October 2017. Late online entries close Wednesday 4th October. For entries after this date please visit Registration at Flagstaff Club from Saturday 7th October 12 noon
There are no refunds for non starters or non finishers. When you register you accept the terms and condition of entry. Entries can be transferred to another person/or distance in the 2017 event. If transferring to another distance e.g. from the 10km to Half Marathon or from the 5km to 10km the fee difference must be paid. There are no refunds for changing to a lower fee event. Contact the Half Marathon Office by email email@example.com with any changes.
Race changes, race transfers and entry information changes after Sunday 1 October 2017 must be completed in person at Flagstaff Club Registration Centre.
Online entries will receive an e-confirmation. Confirmation for manual entries will be posted out with race instructions a week before event date.

For your staff, clients, group or club this event is a great team building opportunity. There are 2 team challenges available.
Enter a team of 4 runners or walkers (male or female) for the Half Marathon or 4 runners or walkers (male or female) for the 10km event. Teams must include 3 employees of the Company and the Company name must appear in the team name. The Fairview Mazda Trophies will be awarded to the first placed teams in both these events.
Enter your entire Corporate/Group/Club into this challenge. Team members (male or female; runner or walkers) can be entered into any of the events (Half, 10km or 5km), all team members don’t need to be entered in the same event/distance. To enter into this challenge you therefore must have a minimum of 2 in the Half Marathon, 3 in the 10km and 4 in the 5km. The fastest times of the 2 members in the Half, 3 members in the 10km and 4 members in the 5km will be added together. The winner of this challenge will be the team who has the fastest aggregate time. The prize being a trophy plus 500 Cook Dollars from The Cook Café & Bar that can be used for either a Christmas function, a dinner, a lunch or a package to be discussed with The Cook-Cafe & Bar. If you want us to collate all race packs and race numbers for pick up by one person on event weekend please let us know by 1 October 2017and we will arrange for this to be done.
If you wish to bring your own gazebo, bbq etc please advise us and we will add you into our site plan. There is no charge for the site. Closing date for site bookings is Sunday 1 October 2017.

We will be having Pace Runners again for the Half Marathon to assist competitors to reach their goal. Each pace runner will be wearing a special T Shirt with the goal time printed on the back. Pace runners times will be 1hr 40, 1hr 50, 2hrs, 2hrs 10 and 2hrs 20.
The 1st-3rd male & female walkers in the Half Marathon event will be recognised in the Merit Prize List. Participants in all events MUST walk the entire event distance. We rely on your honesty - please.
Prize giving will take place at 12.30pm at the race finish. You must be present to collect any of the spot prizes. All spot prizes are randomly selected. Major spot prizes will be announced at prize giving. Randomly selected finishers will be handed a letter for minor spot prizes on the finish line. These can be redeemed from the spot prize table in Flagstaff Club. In the event of adverse weather the prize giving will be cancelled and all prizes will be posted out.
The following prizes will be awarded on stage. If you have won a Merit Prize and do not collect at prize giving it is your responsibility to contact the Event Director within 30 days after event date to organise collection.

Overall finish time will be recorded by Timing Sports via a transponder attached to your shoe. You MUST hand in your transponder before leaving the finish area. Failure to hand in your transponder will result in a charge of $50.00. Official timekeeping ends 3hrs 30 after race start. Results will be posted on the website shortly after the event. Parking is available in the field adjacent to Flagstaff Shops - enter off Endeavour Avenue and follow the instructions from parking marshalls. Parking is also available in streets surrounding Flagstaff Park. Refer to location maps on website. We also ask that consideration be given to local residents when parking.
There are no road closures in place. All roads are open to traffic AND NORMAL ROAD RULES MUST BE OBEYED. Please be aware of residents exiting and entering their properties. Please watch for traffic at all times.
Buggies, prams and strollers will be allowed in the 5km event only. They will start after the walkers. No dogs, skateboards or rollerblades will be allowed on the course.

T Shirts are available for purchase. To collect your T Shirt with your race pack you must pre order by Monday 25th September 2017. Orders will be taken on race day and posted out to competitors. A postage charge will be added.
