Your safety is important to us. Please help us to keep you safe by reading and adhering to the following guidelines.
Course Safety
Please note that all roads are open to traffic. The southbound lane on River Rd between Kay and Horotiu Bridge Roads will be closed to traffic from 8.30am to 10.30am. Please be aware of vehicles exiting and entering properties on the course. Always follow the directions of marshalls and event staff.
Drink Stations
Drink stations will be listed when new courses have been completed
Stay Hydrated
Ensure you stay hydrated throughout the day. For further information on hydration click here where you will find comprehensive information on hydration before, during and after your run/walk.
Sun Safe
Please be prepared for a warm day. Cover up, wear a hat, sunglasses, and use Sunscreen at least 15 minutes before event start. Seek shade when you have finished your event. There will be FREE Sunscreen placed outside Flagstaff Club.

Please fill in the medical information on the back of your race number. St John is located at the start/finish area in Flagstaff Park. If you require St John on course please ask a marshall to phone 111.
